At Ramillies Hall Nursery we aim to give your child the best start in life!  Our experienced qualified staff provide a stimulating, caring and secure environment for children aged 6 months to 5 years.  We take great pride in offering high standards of care, so that parents can be confident that their children are well looked after, whilst receiving a good start to their education. 

Twenty-five of our Nursery Staff have paediatric first aid qualifications and twenty-one staff have childcare qualifications at varying levels.  The Nursery Manager had a BA in Childhood and Youth Studies and the Preschool Department Leader has Early Years Teachers status. 

There are three separate departments: Babies, Toddlers and Preschool and we are open weekdays from 7.30am to 6pm, 50 weeks of the year.  We try to be as flexible as possible offering term-time placements to children who have older siblings in full time education, and whose parents would benefit from this arrangement.  We also offer full days, half days, mornings or afternoons, and have a breakfast club starting at 7.30am.

Each department has a dedicated outdoor play space offering range of activities.  Children have use of the Ramillies grounds extensively for walks and outdoor activities.  Preschool children eat their lunch in the main canteen and go on a fun 'Welly Walk' every Friday.
